I write a lot about dinner. You'll just have to deal with it. Tonight I'm making scallops and shrimp in white wine sauce with garlic, scallions, mushrooms, and snow peas. The original plan was to go with something more Chinese, but at the last moment I decided on Italianesque instead. I expect it to be awesome. I have some organic red garlic from Fair Food. It is amazing. If garlic can be described as buttery, then this garlic is both floral and indeed buttery.
