And Now For a Nap

For dinner I made a little peace of skirt steak smothered in sautéed onions, mushrooms, garlic, black-eyed peas and lots of chopped parsley. It was better than anything I've ever eaten in a restaurant. On the side was perfectly cooked and seasoned broccoli rabe. Along with the meal was a huge bottle of Stone Cali-Belgique, which I'm still sipping my way through. Good stuff.
